Ball Mills and Rod Mills

We do supply both ball and rod mills which are the common grinding equipment applied in the grinding process. Their cylinders are equipped with grinding medium, feeder, gears, and transmission device. Both have similar working principle: the materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. These two are the same type of machine on the appearance, but there are still great differences in the interior. It is very necessary to select a suitable machine for the production to optimize the product effect and maximize its efficiency

Gold Centrifugal Concentrator

Centrifugal gold concentrator is an efficient equipment for recovering free gold in all particle size ranges, especially for recovery of fine gold which is lost during the operation of the gravitational concentrators(sluice boxes and jigs). It can be used not only for placer gold mining, but also to recover the natural gold from hard rocks, to replace amalgamation, and recover gold from the tailings.

Application shows that the recovery can be as high as 99%, and the concentrating ratio is up to 1,000 times. In recovering the natural gold in lode ore with size -0.074mm, the gold is up to 98%, For 0.004mm in particle size, the gold recovery is 97%.

Shaking Table

Shaking table which is also called table concentrator, its a gravity separation device for fine minerals . Shaking table is effective in processing precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals, widely used in separation of Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum etc. Our shaking table can produce mob type, the coarse ore deck is designed for recovering particles size from 0.5 mm to 2 mm; the fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm; the slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.037 mm to 0.074 mm.

Wet Pan Mill

Wet grinding machine also called wet gold grinding machine is used for amalgamation gold extraction of sulfide-free gold mines and is suitable for operations in field areas without power supply by equipped with a diesel generator. This machine, which has functions of crusher and ball mill, can crush the ores once for all in the purpose of gold extraction in amalgamation method.
